Your Responsibilities
Onboarding Calls: Leading one-hour onboarding calls, providing detailed product walkthroughs and answering client queries.
Follow-Up Support: Conducting 15-minute follow-up calls or sessions to address specific client concerns or queries.
Issue Resolution: Handling technical problems or installation issues that clients encounter during the implementation phase with the help of Onboarding Coordinators
Feedback Collection: Gathering client feedback to understand their challenges and experiences for continuous improvement.
Documentation and Training: Creating and updating onboarding documentation, and possibly conducting training sessions for clients.
Performance Metrics:
Implementation Success Rate: Percentage of onboarding processes successfully completed without major issues.
CSAT Surveys: Measured through feedback on the helpfulness and clarity provided during calls and support sessions.
Aged Ticket Resolution Rate: Average time taken to resolve client issues during the implementation phase.
