What You’ll Do

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, your primary objective is to promote and sell the essential products and services our customers depend on. These offerings are specifically designed to assist and cater to customers who utilize HighLevel.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify

    potential new sales opportunities

  • Engage with prospects, lead sales calls & conversations, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories

  • Sales calls are inbound meaning the appointments are booked on your calendar and inquires come straight to your inbox

  • Learn in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections

  • Understand the sales process and excel at follow-up, building relationships, and close deals while on the call & through strong follow-up

  • Ensure prompt and suitable responses to all inquiries from potential customers and existing clients

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Provide product development team with customer feedback to help the team grow

Our Perfect Candidate

  • 2-3 years of sales experience within a similar industry.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.

  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.

  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

  • A friendly team player with excellent customer service skills.

  • Has a vision, along with fresh new ideas to improve the team every step of the way.
